Welcome to ÁUDEA’s Whistleblower Channel.

Based on our company’s firm commitment to regulatory compliance, this Channel is at your disposal. Through this space, you will be able to communicate any inappropriate conduct that violates or is contrary to current legislation and/or the Code of Conduct of the Logicalis Group (group to which AUDEA belongs), “Logicalis Code of Conduct Policy” and the Anti-Bribery Policy “Anti-Bribery Policy”, and that you may have detected in the course of the relationship you have with our company.

We want you to feel comfortable contacting us when reporting any of the aforementioned conduct. Therefore, we inform you that the Whistleblower Channel has been designed so that the informant who wishes to remain anonymous can do so with sufficient guarantees to preserve his or her identity and ensure the confidentiality of the data mentioned in the information provided. If you wish to submit a report anonymously, simply check the anonymous reporting box on the reporting form.

Once your communication has been received, its receipt will be confirmed within the seven calendar days established by the applicable regulations in force. Likewise, if further information is needed to carry out the current communication, it will be requested through the internal communication system, guaranteeing, at all times, the confidentiality of the informant and, exclusively, to comply with the corresponding procedures to manage your communication.

Under no circumstances will reprisals be taken against persons who file a report.
